  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    Yes we require a 2 weeks cancellation notice.

    2+ Weeks Cancellation Notice: Full Reimbursement of your Deposit.

    4 - 13 Days Cancellation Notice: 50% of your Deposit

    Less thank 72 hours Cancellation Notice: 0% of our Deposit reimbursement.

  • Do you Require a Deposit?

    Yes all service rentals under $500 require a 30% Deposit at time of rental. Rentals over $500 require a 50% Deposit at time of rental.

  • Do you Sanitize your Products?

    Yes we are dedicated to cleanliness. All rentals will arrive clean and ready to use. We only use antibacterial cleaning products.

  • Do you offer Delivery?

    Yes there is a $25 - $100 delivery charge depending on the size of your rental and your service location.

  • Do you offer set up?

    Yes, additional charges to apply.

    We do require a 2 weeks notice prior to your event to secure staffing and sufficient time for set up.

  • Do you charge for damages?

    Depending on the damage we may or may not charge. We do expect our products to return in the same condition it was delivered to you. If you can please inspect your delivery and contact us immediately of any issues.
